Our client in High Wycombe is looking for someone to join their growing Finance Team at their Head Office.

The Role:

  • Matching invoices and reconciliation and PO's.
  • Manage weekly supplier payment runs.
  • Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements.
  • Maintaining purchase ledger with correct and accurate details
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding queries arising from the supplier statements
  • Inputting new suppliers and updating supplier records accurately
  • Invoice filing/other adhoc filing
  • Query chasing and resolution.
  • Working within company policies, reviewing systems and improving processes where needed

About You:

  • 2 years experience with full purchase ledger cycle
  • Knowledge of Sage 200
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Team focused
  • Excellent communicator
  • Able to work to tight deadlines, manage work loads
  • Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
