The Company:

Our client based in Bicester are looking for a Bi-Lingual Customer Service Executive fluent in English and French to join there busy call centre team.

Your Duties:

  • Providing and maintaining high levels of customer service
  • Providing customers with product knowledge and help resolve queries they have
  • Working with various teams internally and out in the field. i.e. booking engineers, liaising with technical support, finance teams etc...
  • Ensuring company standards and procedures are adhered to
  • Strive to achieve individual KPI's and team/company targets

About You:

  • Fluent French speaking
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Packages
  • Experienced within a fast paced contact centre
  • Able to managed your own workload
