The Company

We have an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business who have a global presence in over 30 countries. Based in newly refurbished offices in Bicester, they are streamlining systems/processes for a more efficient way of working and really take the company to the next level. This administrator role will be supporting the finance team specially the Billings and Credit team.

The Role:

  • Working on finance cases including billing, invoicing, tariff changes and cancellation queries
  • Customer Service and Reseller enquires and complaints
  • Customer Portal enquiries
  • Dealing with reseller enquiries
  • New installation, Failed installation or hardware queries
  • General Internal Admin

About You:

  • Previous administration experience in a similar type role or function would be advantageous
  • Familiar with finance admin or credit control
  • Navision / Microsoft dynamics would be preferred
  • Highly numerate
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good organisational / planning ability
  • Accurate
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft office skills
